Feel the nostalgia while driving down a country road with the wind in your face reminiscing those long summer nights spent on your grandparent’s veranda with an encompassing cool breeze.  There is something about the country that touches our soul and floods fond recollections into our memory banks of simpler times gone past. The cool lemonade in hand, visiting, playing cards and enjoying wonderful home cooked meals with fresh vegetables from grandma’s garden.

What pure and simple pleasures, the country life.  Friends dropping in on a Sunday afternoon, cousins spending the summer, and neighbor kids running and playing. Climbing tree houses, building forts, hiding in the cave and going fishing.  Picking apples, and peaches from the orchard, eating strawberries and finding kittens hidden in the hay barn.  Remember special moments like riding on grandpa’s tractor, driving the old truck, petting new calves, and feeding piglets.  Hearing the birds sing, the gentle tinkle of wind chimes, choosing a favorite star in the night sky, observing the moon rise, monitoring the Evening Primrose, and eavesdropping on the Hoot Owl in the trees.
