Shipping / Payment / Return Policies


Shipping (In the Continental USA Only)

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days of receipt and clearing of payment.  Items should arrive 7-10 business days after processing, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  All orders will ship UPS unless being sent to a PO Box then those orders will be shipped USPS.  We are unable to track orders sent USPS and it may require a few extra days for delivery due to the post office.  All items must be signed for as they are insured.  If you request on your order for “No Signature Required” and UPS or USPS signs that is has been delivered and the order is missing from your business, residence, or is damaged, then the liability will be strictly yours.

  • Shipping minimum is $9.95 per order.
  • All orders placed in the state of Nevada are subject to 7.75% Nevada State Sales Tax.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping (DHL RUSH)

We offer 3 day RUSH shipments available through DHL.  However, it is very expensive.  The shipping cost is a minimum of $25.00.  We do not recommend RUSH delivery unless it is absolutely necessary due to the prohibitive cost of shipping.  


Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs / FPOs)

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Military Bases are a minimum $18.00 shipping cost.  The orders ship Air Mail Only and take 2 weeks for delivery.


Shipping (International)

Sorry, but we no longer ship internationally.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Payment Terms

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, E-Check, Money Orders and Bank Checks.  Funds need to clear before an order is shipped.  Please keep in mind using checks will increase processing time and orders will be delayed.  Please allow 10 days for check processing.


Tracking Your Order

When you have completed your purchase through “Check Out” you will be provided with an order number.  Make sure you print this page for your records as the order number provided on this page is how you will track your purchase.  Please make sure your email is correct and that you do not lose the order number when you initially place your order.  When placing your order make sure you can accept our emails and that your computer is NOT Spam protected against our emails.  Approximately 3 days after placing your order you may track your order with the order number provided on the “Check Out” page when you made your initial purchase.  Then follow the simple instructions below:

1.  From any page at WistfulWindChimes.com click the “Track Your Order” button at the top right of the page.
2.  The “Order Tracking” page will open with instructions to enter your order number, then click “view".
3.  A new page will open with your order status. You may print this page for your records then click “done".


Not Available (N.A.) or Out of Stock

We try our best to keep accurate inventory of our products.  However, due to manufacturing, supplies are sometimes out of our control.  If an item or items are not available we will not backorder.  We will refund your money for any N.A. or Out of Stock items.  If an Out of Stock item is expected to arrive within 24 hrs. we will contact you via email or telephone to see if you want to wait the 24hrs or proceed with a refund.  If you do receive a refund please read your email for the explanation as to why you received a refund, i.e. N.A.= Not Available or DISC = Discontinued.  We hope this will not occur, however, in the event that it does, we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.  


Claims & Damages

If you have Claims/Damages, please email us using the form available under “Contact Us”. In the “message” area please provide your mailing address, phone number(s), invoice number(s), item name(s), item number(s), detailed information i.e. (damaged, shipment missing or part of a shipment missing).  Please do not call in damages.  You may be required to take digital photos of the damages and email them, or printed photos (if digital is not available) may be mailed to the address provided to you via email. 


Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization.  Please do not take it upon yourself to return merchandise without authorization or you will void all return rights.  Use the “Contact Us” form to make arrangements for returns.  You will be provided instructions on how, when, and where to return the merchandise.  All returns must be within 15 days of delivery date.  Refused shipments or returned orders for other than damages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Check your merchandise carefully upon receipt of your order ASAP as there are no exceptions to the 25% restocking fee.  WistfulWindChimes.com will not accept defective or non-defective merchandise after 15 days of delivery.  All non-defective merchandise returned will be subject to the 25% restocking fee and must be returned in undamaged original packaging ready for resell as new merchandise.
